Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges - All items MUST be CLEAN AND UNUSED. No hair, stains, or any damage. We will only accept returns/exchanges within 14 days. After 14 days, we will NOT refund or exchange your item. 

To return an item, please email us at Please include your order # in the email as well as the reason for your return/exchange. All items MUST be CLEAN AND UNUSED. Shipping is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER. We do not refund your shipping cost. Once the item is received at our store, we will review the item and notify you by email if you are entitled to a return/exchange. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your PURCHASE price, EXCLUDING shipping. If you are NOT entitled to a refund, we will notify you via email and ship your item back to you at your expense.

Exceptions - We do not exchange or accept returns on: 

  • Clearance and/or sale items
  • Dewormers
  • Syringes
  • Hats
  • Customs
  • Bedding that has been opened
